Yoga is for EveryBODY

In the past three months I have taught over 50 yoga classes at various yoga studios on the South Shore and the Boston area. I am embracing my mat and trying to give my students the best version of myself. What I am so grateful for are the students who keep coming back to my classes. We get to know each other a little more each week and what we share is our passion for yoga. We talk about our families, what we have planned for the weekends and the towns we live in. It’s amazing to be a part of this yoga community and share our love for yoga. Some students are new to yoga and like the class to be in a slower format. Others are there for the workout and the strength they create in the asanas. I have found my balance in the summer schedule I have created: teaching five classes a week to ALL yogis at three studios on the South Shore. Teaching yoga is everything I ever wanted and didn’t know I needed. Thank you for being a part of my journey.
