How many people can say they successfully started their advance yoga teacher training in the mist of a pandemic? Since the spring of 2020, the entire Chakra Power Yoga YTT group of 17 beautiful humans has come together collectively and provided a lifeline of support for one another. The coronavirus pandemic stopped the world, affected the health, lives and livelihoods of people and companies, and has changed us forever. During this time, I have been fortunate to be growing, learning and practicing yoga with some amazing teachers and friends. And while our training has been virtual or meeting only in small groups, we have been inspiring each other and growing strengths we need during these uncertain times.
