SLOW FLOW VINYASA CLASS

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS AT 8:30 AM and WEDNESDAYS AT 5:30 PM

Advanced yoga teacher delivers a classic one-hour class in her signature Slow Flow Vinyasa style.  This class is suitable for all levels and encourages a meditative pace, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.  

 

Slow Flow is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system, focus on our breath, and become stronger mentally and physically.

MEDITATION CLASS

MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS AT 7:00AM

(30 min) Silent mantra (repeating words in Sanskrit) is offered as an anchor to your meditation practice.  I will guide you through mantra and intention practices drawn from ancient wisdom traditions.

Energy Healing

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Currently booking for Reiki Healing Sessions. During these sessions I will transfer energy by targeting the energy fields around the body.
