​SLOW FLOW VINYASA CLASS
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS AT 8:30 AM and WEDNESDAYS AT 5:30 PM
Advanced yoga teacher delivers a classic one-hour class in her signature Slow Flow Vinyasa style. This class is suitable for all levels and encourages a meditative pace, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.
Slow Flow is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system, focus on our breath, and become stronger mentally and physically.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Enjoy expert yoga instruction in your home or workplace. I can customize classes to be appropriate for all skill levels making this a fun and engaging activity for friends, family, and workplace gatherings. I love to work with students to find the right style and skill level that helps them progress within their practice.

REIKI SESSIONS
Energy Healing
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
