Service Description

Advanced yoga teacher delivers a classic one-hour class in her signature Slow Flow Vinyasa style. This class is suitable for all levels and encourages a meditative pace, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. Slow Flow is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system, focus on our breath, and become stronger mentally and physically. These VIRTUAL classes will be held via Zoom. Registration for each class will close 30 minutes prior to the start of class. A Zoom invitation email will go out to pre-registered students 25 minutes prior to the start of class. Prepare your physical space: dress comfortably, bring an eye-cover and socks, plus all your props, pillows, blankets, and towels. And close the door. ​ Prepare your digital space: close all other programs on your device, turn off notifications, and put your phone on airplane mode. ​ And lastly, prepare your family/roommates to support your practice: let them know that one hour without interruption is a gift they can give you.
