Mentorship Program

Service Description

The six-week mentorship program helps newer teachers (teaching for 2 years or less) build upon the key areas of study from their 200hr program. Over the course of your mentorship, you will build confidence, continue to develop fundamental teaching skills and learn to embrace your authentic voice as a yoga teacher. Emphasis on deeper training for yoga teachers wanting to take their teaching to a more developed and professional level. VINYASA & CREATIVE SEQUENCING Establish your voice and presence as a yoga teacher How to ground yourself to be present for your students Learn the tools of Creative Sequencing Learn pranayama exercises to support yourself and your students Develop messaging and themes Confidently cue and pace a class Use lights, heat, and music to consciously curate a class environment Create a morning ritual that will further your personal growth How to effectively market and promote your classes and workshops ​Creating and facilitating a successful workshop ​​
